Software Quality Assurance Engineer

7th Sky Technologies is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to assist in the validation and testing of custom business software under the direct supervision of senior leadership. Following established procedures, the candidate will utilize Python and SQL to develop and execute routine automated test scripts for cloud-integrated systems, ensuring application stability and performance. Responsibilities include performing functional and regression testing, identifying software defects, and managing bug reports within JIRA to support the SDLC. The role involves executing UAT and maintaining technical documentation in Azure DevOps to ensure software compliance with internal requirements. This occupation requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, as the position requires the theoretical application of complex systems analysis and automated testing logic.
