7th Sky Technologies is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a fully remote position. The candidate will be responsible for aligning technical systems with business operations through data analysis and process mapping. Primary duties include translating operational requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hospital and technical services. The analyst will monitor KPI dashboards—focusing on service quality and manpower utilization—using Power BI and Tableau to provide data-driven insights for management reviews. Additionally, the role involves supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and ensuring accurate documentation for client audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Tools:
This role requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Agile delivery and proficiency in tools such as JIRA, SQL, MS Visio, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint. The candidate should be able to perform duties following established procedures with guidance from leadership.
